After many years of reliable service, we are officially announcing that Old Church360° Ledger will reach its End of Life (EOL) on June 1, 2026. After this date, the software will no longer receive updates, technical support, or security patches.
As part of our long-term strategy to provide the best possible products for our customers, we will be retiring Old Church360° Ledger and migrating all customers to the New Church360° Ledger.
The New Church360° Ledger has been available on the church360.app platform since August 2024. If you are currently using the Old Ledger (accessed through a site ending in .360ledger.com), please be advised that support for the Old Ledger will end on June 1, 2026.
To ensure continuity and take advantage of new features, it’s important to migrate your data to the New Ledger before this date.
What You Need to Know

No additional cost - The New Ledger is included with your existing Ledger subscription—there
is no upcharge to migrate. - Software activation - Beginning February 9, 2026, New Church360° Ledger will be activated across all linked Church360.app sites. This feature will be accessible only to Church360.app administrators, with role‑based security determining who is authorized to use Church360° Ledger.
- Single sign-on - Church360.app allows users to access both Church360 Members and Church360 Ledger applications using one sign-on, eliminating the need to manage multiple usernames and passwords. This makes switching between the two programs, more secure, and more convenient.
