My checks aren't lining up properly with my Envelopes

When printing out checks from Church360° Ledger, we recommend checks from Print Revolution (Formerly known as Forms Plus), as they have checks specifically designed to work with Church360° Ledger, in both top and middle print styles, which you can reorder at the links below:

Printing position can vary slightly from printer to printer. Knowing this, you may need to slightly adjust your margins when printing your checks so they align properly with the envelopes you may put these checks in. Below, we walk through how to adjust the margins on your checks within Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox

Google Chrome:

At the screen where you're previewing the printout of your checks, click the "More settings" option. Here, you'll see a field labeled "Margins". In this margins section choose "Custom". This will place dotted lines along the margins of your check in the print preview, with black boxes in the middle of these lines, representing, in inches, how wide that margin is. By default, you'll have a 0.5 inch margin on each side. So, to adjust a check where everything is printing too high, for example, you'd want to adjust your top margin to be larger (0.75), leave the side margins the same (0.5) and make your bottom margin smaller (0.25). When you print your check, this should move the text that prints on your check lower.

Mozilla Firefox

At the screen where you're previewing the printout of your checks, click the "More settings" option. Here, you'll see a field labeled "Margins". In this margins section choose "Custom (inches)". This will make a box for the top, bottom, left and right margins appear below the Margins field. By default, these will be set to a 0.5 inch margin on each side. To adjust a check where everything is printing too high, for example, you'd want to adjust your top margin to be larger (0.75), leave the side margins the same (0.5) and make your bottom margin smaller (0.25). When you print your check, this should move the text that prints on your check lower.
